- Above rates are inclusive of 5% service charge, 12% VAT and are non-commissionable.
- Advance reservation is required at least 7 days prior to arrival date and must be guaranteed through cash payment equivalent to atleast one (1) room night stay of the toal rooms reserved.
- Non-guaranteed reservations will be cancelled.
- Cancellations shouldbe done seven (7) days for group bookings and three (3) days for individual bookings, prior to the arrival date. Otherwise, a cancellation fee equiavalent to one (1) night stay based on the total number of rooms reserved shall be imposed.
- Check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out is 12:00 noon. early check in or extended check out time shall be charged half day room rate and subject to room availability.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Above rates are valid until December 2010.
LONG STAY RATE:
Discounts for stays of at least thirty (30) consecutive nights can be negotiated with our Sales Office.
